Finally, Lectures are Performed in Class

Finally, Lectures are Performed in Class. Alhamdulillah Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT) with a hybrid learning model has been able to start. After 2 years of face-to-face lectures (Online) and now able to do Face-to-face lectures (Offline/Offline). The challenge for PTMT is that in addition to strict procedures, comprehensive technology tools are also needed, a collaboration between the task force, lecturers, and students. Campuses need to provide hardware such as:

* Automatic temperature scanner and hand sanitizer
* Computer (host)
* Camera for lecturer side
* Camera for all class side
* Camera for whiteboard view
* Speaker
* Microphones, etc.

And supporting software such as:

* Premium zoom account
* E-learning for attendance and file storage, etc.

A class is divided into two shifts with a ratio of 50:50. Shift 1 offline and shift 2 online, alternate weekly. During the first meeting, Alhamdulillah, the students looked happy and enthusiastic. Hopefully, the covid-19 pandemic will end soon, and lectures can be performed completely offline (in class). Amen.
